Effective Date: July 2026. By using Everyanytool, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Service
Everyanytool provides a suite of free and premium web tools designed to make your daily file tasks easier. By accessing our platform or installing our Progressive Web App (PWA), you agree to use our tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. User Responsibilities & Content
You are solely responsible for the files, images, audio, video, and data you process using our platform. You agree that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and process these files. Everyanytool claims no ownership over your processed content.
3. Gamification, Badges & Local Presets
Everyanytool includes local productivity gamification features (XP levels, daily streaks, unlocked mascot avatars, and saved tool presets).
- XP levels, badges, streaks, and mascot skins are non-monetary, informational features for entertainment and convenience.
- Saved presets and progress are stored in your browser's local storage and are not transferable across devices unless backed up manually.
4. Acceptable Use and Abuse Prevention
To maintain the integrity of our platform, you agree NOT to:
- Use the service to process illegal, abusive, or explicitly restricted material.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse our backend APIs without explicit permission.
- Use the platform to distribute malware or malicious code.
5. "As-Is" Warranty
Our free tools are provided "as-is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, although we work hard to ensure a seamless experience.
6. Premium Services
Certain features may be placed behind a premium subscription or one-time payment. Billing terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies for these services will be explicitly provided at the point of purchase.
